Terms and Conditions: The reservation must be made directly: Website, Facebook, mail or by phone. Minimum of nights to access the promotion: 3 consecutive nights. In case, the guest reduces the number of nights of their stay and will not get the benefit and will proceed to make the charge of the pick up automatically (US$25.00 in Auto or US$40.00 in Van). To access this benefit you must indicate the following promotional code: F-TRANSFER. The pick-up will take place as long as the guest has provided us with the itinerary of their trip (name of airline, flight number, time and origin) and there is a written confirmation from the hotel. If there are changes in the flight itinerary, the guest must inform the hotel in advance about said modification. Otherwise, you will lose the benefit. If the guest fails to locate our driver at the airport, you must contact the hotel directly at the following numbers: (51) (1) 446 9414 or (51) 958 797 625 to be able to meet him. In the event that the guest decides to make use of the service of a third party, it will not be recognized and will have lost the benefit.
