TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES
1. La hora de entrada es a partir de las 15:00 y la de salida hasta las 12:00.
2. El huésped reconoce los cargos de los servicios prestados hasta la liquidación total de su salida.
3. Los huéspedes serán responsables de cualquier pérdida o daño en las habitaciones causado por ellos mismos, sus amigos o cualquier persona de la que sean responsables.
4. La dirección del hotel no se hace responsable de sus pertenencias personales y objetos de valor como dinero, joyas o cualquier otro objeto de valor que los huéspedes dejen en las habitaciones.
5. Cajas de seguridad de cortesía, sujetas a los términos y condiciones de uso están disponibles en las habitaciones.
6. Independientemente de las instrucciones sobre los cargos, reconozco que soy personalmente responsable del pago de todos los cargos en los que incurra durante mi estancia.
7. Todas las habitaciones son no fumador. Huésped pagara una penalidad según corresponda, por fumar en la habitación durante su estadía.
8. En la tarifa esta incluida el 10% de servicios. No esta incluido el 18% de IGV. Este ultimo será agregado al momento del Check In.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is until 12:00.
2. The guest acknowledges the charges for services rendered until full settlement of his departure.
3. Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
4. The hotel management is not responsible for personal belongings and valuables such as money, jewelry or any other valuables left in the rooms by guests.
5. Complimentary safety deposit boxes, subject to the terms and conditions of use are available in the rooms.
6. Regardless of instructions on charges, I acknowledge that I am personally responsible for payment of all charges incurred during my stay.
7. All rooms are non-smoking. Guest will pay a penalty, as applicable, for smoking in the room during their stay.
8. A 10% service charge is included in the rate. Not included is the 18% of IGV. The latter will be added at the time of Check In.
